We choose to make all our pieces to order. Please note that there can be small differences in appearances compared to the pictures on the website.

Every piece is unique. When working with natural stones, it is normal to have slight variations in the shape, color and inclusions.

Make sure to double check your ringsize before placing your order. Use our size guide or book a free atelier visit to get your measurements.

We get a lot of questions on how to find the perfect fit, an important and often confusing part of the jewellery process. You don't want your ring flying off while you're dancing, but you also don’t want your ring so tight that it cuts off your circulation on a hot summer day.

The thickness of your fingers fluctuates with temperature, exercise and time of the month. Some people have bony fingers, others don’t. Make sure that when measuring your ring size, you take the knuckle into account.

Nothing beats getting your ring size measured by a professional. Feel free to pass by our atelier. If that is too far, find a friendly jeweler in the neighborhood who can check your ring size.

If this is not an option, find an existing ring with a similar width that fits on the correct finger and measure its inner diameter. Check the size guide to find the matching right size.

If it is a surprise ring, get in touch so we can discuss some options to organize a sneaky size reading.

In most cases rings can be resized, but we obviously want to get as close as possible so we avoid putting the ring under too much stress.

Every piece is made to order. Delivery time for producing your piece is estimated at 2 - 4 weeks. If production time takes longer, we will let you know.

If you are lucky and your piece is in stock, we will send it to you within 2-3 business days.

Are you buying a gift and want to make sure it will be ready on time? Send us an email us before you place your order to make sure your plan will succeed. Please keep in mind that additional shipment costs may be charged.

When checking out, you can either choose to pick up your jewel in our atelier or to get it send to you.

Once your jewel is finished, you get an email to schedule a pick-up moment.

Is the piece you have ordered in stock? Lucky you, we will send you an email within a few business days to schedule the pick-up.

We ship to Belgium, France, The Netherlands, Germany & Luxemburg.

When checking out, you can either choose to pick up your jewel in our atelier or to get it send to you with bpost.

Once your jewel is finished, you get an email with the track&trace to follow your shipment. Once on it's way, it should be at your door within 3-5 business days.

Is the piece you have ordered in stock? Lucky you, we will send you an email within a few business days with the track&trace.

Shop conciously & only buy what you truly want. In case of doubt we can always send you more informations or pictures trough email. Or you can book an appointment to visit the atelier.

If you are not completely satisfied with your online order, we offer you the possibility to exchange the jewels bought, opt for a gift card or get a refund for the goods you wish to return.  Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it. Please contact us first at alineleynen@gmail.com to start the return process.

You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused and in the same condition as you received it. The product must be returned in its original packaging, without having been damaged.

We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges if the pieces sent back to us are in poor condition or after 14 days of receipt of your order. Please note that the cost of returning a purchase is on your expenses. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We advice you to ship by registered mail, insure it for its full value as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. Always keep your tracking number and receipts so you have proof of shipment.

If you live in the neighborhood, it might be easier to bring your return to our atelier in person.

After receiving and checking the goods and if the return match the terms as described above, the refund will be made within 14 days.

If a collection piece breaks, gets too small, deforms or even if you lose a part don’t panic. Just drop us a note or visit the atelier.

We’ll listen, have a look at your piece and drink a cup of tea while we figure something out.

All pieces come with a one year warranty for hidden defects. This warranty is only applicable if the piece broke due to a manufacturing defect.

Making mistakes is proof that you are human.

When you open our jewelry box and you realize your ring is too big or too small? Reach out to us to see if we can come up with a plan. If you have chosen a model that can be resized, we will adjust the size for free.
