CARE

Our jewellery is meant to be lived in and cherished, yet like all precious things they should be treated with tenderness.

We advise removing your jewelry while tending your garden, developing a roll of film, lifting weights or all other activities which may be too rough on your piece.

how to care

WEAR MORE, CLEAN LESS
Friction caused by everyday wear gently polishes your jewellery so surface impurities have less chance to adhere to the surface of the metal. With time your piece will acquire fine scratches and surface marks, this is normal.

AVOID CHEMICALS
Perspiration will cause your metal to tarnish and get duller, so work out without jewellery. Chemicals in cleaning agents can damage the metal and stones. Put on your jewellery after your morning routine for the chemicals in your perfume, hair products and creams can damage or tarnish your piece over time.  Chlorine, shampoo, soap and salt water can all tarnish your jewellery. Remove your jewels before taking a shower or jumping in the pool or ocean.

how to store

DRY & DARK
Air, light, and humidity all naturally cause silver to oxidize. It’s best to store your jewellery somewhere dry and dark and to keep it out of the bathroom.

SOFT
Keep your pieces separately to avoid scratches and tangling. We advise keeping it in its original packaging, or wrapping it in a piece of soft paper or fabric. Avoid leather.

how to clean

It’s natural for your jewels, especially when 925 sterling silver or 9ct gold to oxidize or become dull over time.

SOFT TOOTHBRUSH, NATURAL SOAP
You can carefully polish your piece with a toothbrush and a mild, preferably natural, dish soap. Handle with extra care when cleaning jewellery with stones.

POLISHING CLOTH
Additionally, use a soft polishing cloth to clean your jewelry regularly and store safely to keep them shining.
