about

At Aline Leynen, everything begins in the studio. A quiet, spacious place where my hands move slowly, where materials are gathered with care, and where ideas take shape at their own pace. It’s a space that’s part home, part atelier—reflecting both the personal and creative side of my work.

For me, creation is a conversation between craftsmanship and intuition. Each piece—whether worn, held, or lived with—is made to carry warmth, meaning, and timeless simplicity. Nothing rushed, nothing replicated. Just thoughtful making, guided by a deep respect for materials, tradition, and the stories we bring to the table.

My background in psychology and anthropology has shaped how I work. I’ve always been drawn to the way objects can hold memory, feeling, and connection. Since my early twenties, working with my hands has been both my quiet focus and my way of making sense of the world.

I welcome clients not just as customers, but as collaborators. Together, we shape objects that feel personal and enduring—always grounded in authenticity, sustainability, and a shared appreciation for things that last.
